The Opportunity:
Join Smartstaff as a Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our growth! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients within the manufacturing sector and selling our innovative blue-collar staffing solutions.
You'll leverage your strong sales expertise and relationship-building skills to identify potential clients, showcase the value proposition of Smartstaff, and secure successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and identify ideal client prospects.
- Utilize a proactive and results-oriented approach to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Craft compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits of Smartstaff's offerings to address client pain points.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers at various levels (Strategic Heads, Business Heads, CXOs).
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets within the assigned territory and business line.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Partner with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific staffing needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement customized solutions leveraging Smartstaff's platform and services to enhance client outcomes.
- Foster a strategic advisor relationship, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth while minimizing churn.
Market Intelligence & Growth:
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities within the blue-collar staffing space.
- Proactively identify new business models and opportunities to expand Smartstaff's market reach.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the manufacturing or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on driving long-term client success.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales methodologies is a plus.
