- An Inside Sales Manager at Regus is tasked with leading and driving outstanding performance of a Contact Centre team of Inside Sales Account Managers. Regus operates across multiple product portfolios and marketing channels.
- Inside Sales teams are the first impression of Regus to our customers, and are extremely important in winning & growing new business.
- This is a high-level position which is critical for ensuring the Commercial success of the local Country and markets. The Inside Sales Manager operates a critical role in ensuring efficient response to all marketing enquiries & expertly cross-selling across Regus- portfolio of products to new & existing prospects.
- The role involves championing Regus products, sales processes and procedures and in ensuring that Regus Sales teams achieve set daily, weekly & monthly sales &/or revenue targets.
- An Inside Sales Manager will work directly both with a direct team of up to 20 Agents, but also liaise directly with Country Managers, Commercial Directors, Area Directors and Managers, Marketing and Recruitment.
- A hands-on role, the successful candidate will act as a role-model for their direct team leading by example, and demonstrating a hands-on and can-do approach. The Inside Sales Manager will also be the market subject-matter expert and can ably analyze trends and influence decision-making and direction at senior levels.
Reports to : Country Head - India with dotted line reporting to Performance Director - Inside Sales
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment, training and continuous performance development of multi-product sales experts
- Ensure team compliance with Regus standards & processes
- Ensure team is kept up to date on all business, systems & product developments
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual revenue & deal targets for all products within Regus portfolio
- Ensure that direct reports achieve individual, product and team revenue & deal targets
- Ensure that all team members have targets & Commission plans clearly communicated
- Ensure that all commissions computations are accurate and processed timely
- Manage Inside Sales ACD and Dialer technology
- Demonstrate expertise in management of bespoke CRM tools
- Carry out continuous call monitoring & coaching through recorded call, side by side & simulated role-playing with teams
- Effectively analyze & interpret efficiency and sales data to determine action plans
- Proactively seek out sales and business development opportunities, including nurturing pilots and new campaigns
- Effectively analyze trends to ensure that staffing and skill-sets are optimal but budget-controlled
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Commercial Director, Marketing & Field sales to ensure sales leads are optimized and revenue maximised
