About our Client - Our client is a high-profile worldwide leading financial institution. Due to constant growth and expansion and to bring their business to greater heights and therefore opportunity has arisen for Manager - Regulatory Reporting & Compliance in Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting into AVP, your key responsibilities would include:

- Closing and Financial Reporting

- Supervision and Quality Assurance of the Regulatory Reporting

- Manage reporting relationships with external and internal auditors

- Engagement in change of systems and address any issues and gaps within the process

- Risk Management & Compliance assurance

The Successful Candidate - The Successful Candidate would be CA/ MBA Finance with 6+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting , Risk & Compliance. Candidates with Banking background shall be preferred. Candidates with good knowledge of IFRS / USGAAP and BASEL II shall be preferred. Team Management Experience is a must.
