Voted as one of the best organisations to work for, our client is looking to expand and consolidate its market share in India, and in the process, is looking to add to its team by hiring a Manager/Senior Manager - Regulatory and Financial Reporting.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP Finance, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the timely closure of financial statement, as per USGAAP and IFRS.

- Preparing the MIS Reports and submitting them to the regulator.

- Reporting to the various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.

- Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors, thereby ensuring that proper measures are taken and risks mitigated.

The Successful Candidate -

- You should be a qualified CA with 5-8 years experience in a reporting function. Knowledge of USGAAP, and IFRS is a must.

- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent command over English is essential.

- The client is looking for someone who is confident, assertive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask and think “out of the box”.
