Regulatory Compliance (Manufacturing Industry)

This role is to ensure that the company operates in Compliance with laws and regulations and that employees follow established standards and procedures in their duties.

Key Accountabilities:

- Compliance Regulations System management: Develop guidelines for various topics such as the company's code of conduct, compliance control standards, anti-corruption, statutory compliances, fair trade, data protection.

- Compliance organization management: Operate and report to the compliance committee, designate compliance officers within major business sites and relevant departments.

- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor trends and issues related to regulations in India and globally, and disseminate information through newsletter.

- Effectiveness Review and Evaluation: Regularly review and implement corrective actions to ensure the proper operation of the compliance system.

- Compliance Audit and Inspection: Inspect and evaluate whether employees comply with the company's compliance regulations and procedures

Skills & Competency Requirements:

- Deep understanding of major laws and regulations related to the Manufacturing sector including anti-corruption, fair trade, data protection and insider trading

- Minimum 5yrs of experience in internal controls OR compliance-related roles at global listed company
