Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize channel sales, dealer networks, and distribution partnerships.
Distribution & Channel Management:
- Strengthen and expand the dealer/distributor network to increase market penetration.
- Ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management in coordination with distribution partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment.
- Work closely with retailers, distributors, and internal teams for seamless execution of sales plans.
- Ensure effective trade marketing and promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Travel & Market Presence:
- Travel extensively within Kolkata and surrounding areas to engage with clients, distributors, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct market visits, sales reviews, and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales & distribution within the targeted industries.
- Proven track record in channel sales, distributor management, and regional expansion.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and travel-intensive role.
- Immediate availability preferred.
