Experience -14-22 Years

Industry Experience: Banking (Wealth Management division)

Mandatory Skills:

- Must be from Wealth management side in banks

- Excellent communication skills

- Pleasing personality

- Strong business/AUM book

Responsibilities :

1. To manage the region's profitability by constantly endeavouring to increase market share and revenue. Ensuring optimal productivity and costs management.

2. Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets and goals.

3. Managing Healthy Team of Area Managers, Branch Managers & RMs for the entire respective Region. Also responsible for recruiting and retaining high performers in system.

4. To mentor and monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers.

5. Responsible for managing and deepening existing clients' relationships and setting up strategies to do focused acquisition of new clients in the segment

6. Creating a strong & compliant business culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and a strong input driven Sales process.

7. Give regular feedback for improvement in product and process on a continuous basis for all large clients, take joint calls with team to convert business and lead from the front.
