Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive the growth of HL business in the assigned zone, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales, credit, and operations professionals. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Business Development: Identify market opportunities and potential areas for expansion. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and local authorities.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the loan portfolio quality, including asset quality, delinquency, and collections. Take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to maintain a compliant lending operation.
Financial Performance: Drive revenue and profitability growth within the Micro LAP business. Develop pricing strategies, cost controls, and budget management to achieve financial targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences. Use market insights to fine-tune strategies and product offerings.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance metrics to assess business performance and provide updates to senior management.
Customer Relationship: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
