Regional Workplace Effectiveness Manager - Space Planning/Workplace Occupancy

- Space planning, portfolio analyzing, workplace strategy planning, operations management, project management.

- Process management and customer relationship management. Proficient in tactical planning.

- Strategic planning facility designs, AutoCAD, CAFM, MS Office, MS Project, Condeco.

- To evaluate space utilization and work on the tactical plans by conducting the surveys

(dark space study/space utilization study)

- Evaluating the seat allocations and utilization by the end users and re-allocating them on a need basis.

- Maintaining the occupancy-vacancy details and review allocations.

- Evaluating the space requests from the end-users

- Maintain and Manage the updated AutoCAD floor plans of all sites thus ensuring the accuracy of CAFM data

- Oversee the MAC activities (Moves, Adds, and Changes) and manage the space assignments.

- Verify field conditions and revise CAD drawings and Evacuation maps to reflect actual conditions, including site, space allocation, and facility system plans.
