Regional Wealth Head will be responsible for leading and managing the wealth management operations within the assigned region. This includes overseeing the performance of wealth advisors, developing business strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Regional Wealth Head will play a key role in achieving financial targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting the bank's wealth management products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with the overall wealth management strategy.
- Set performance targets for wealth advisors and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Team Management:
- Oversee the operations of all wealth management teams within the region, ensuring they meet performance and compliance standards.
- Provide leadership and support to wealth advisors to ensure they achieve their individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and visits to assess performance and address any issues.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to grow the wealth management client base and increase market share.
- Promote the bank's wealth management products and services through various marketing and sales initiatives.
- Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
Client Experience:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by promoting a client-centric culture within the region.
- Address client complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Implement initiatives to improve service quality and client experience.
Financial Management:
- Manage the region's budget and ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure effective cost management and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all wealth management teams comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with wealth management operations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
Professional Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of wealth advisors and support staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
