Regional Wealth Head - Individual Role
- RWH has to work closely with KAM/RM/NR-RM & various teams within the bank and provide inputs on interest rate and other macro-economic factors.
- Share & undertake research using various tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, CRISIL Research, ICRA, Capitaline etc.
- Interact with external global and local fund managers, market counterparties to construct views and assess investment strategies.
Overall Job Description:
- RWH typically caters to top 30% of RM's client base
- RWH role is to understand client's risk appetite and needs of client. Due to better understanding of markets & products, RWH helps RM provide appropriate solutions.
- RWH helps drive business / sales on monthly based on discussion with RMs.
- RWH works closely with the product team to understand various product offerings and how it can be positioned in client portfolios.
- Regular client / prospect meeting incl. corporates.
- Preparing holistic portfolio analytics presentation for clients / prospects.
- Preparing customized plans which include Investment Plans, Retirement Plans etc
- Role is to do farming ie increasing wallet share by providing value add with clients.
