Designation: Regional Visual Merchandiser.

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: NIFT or Graduate.

Experience: Min 4-5 years.

Duties and Responsibilities.

- Visual merchandisers have to design the display window and the layout of goods in the retail store.

- They have to carefully study the floor plans and blueprints of the store to know about its aesthetics.

- They have to ensure that all the goods are presented well to the customer and are pleasing to the eye.

- They have to give the sales persons instruction on the arrangement of goods and ensure that they know how the gods are supposed to be arranged.

- They have to move around the store and ensure that everything is according to the visual design they had in SOP.

- They have to make arrangements in such a way that the goods which are popular are easy to find for the customers.

- They should be aware of all the latest fashion trends like colors and textures of the season.

- Visual merchandisers have to take into account the different age groups of shoppers and design each section accordingly.

- They have to make completely original Designs.

- Would be responsible to handle 35 to 50 Stores.
