Regional Vice President -Sales (Delhi-Ncr)
Role And Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue from projects, AMC contracts and retrofit solutions in Security, Fire and BMS Automation systems.
- Identify high-value opportunities in sectors like IT/ITES, manufacturing, real estate, logistics, airports and data centers.
Key Account Management:
- Cultivate relationships with CISOs, CSOs, Facility Heads and Procurement teams.
- Convert key accounts into long-term AMC partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.
- Establish clear sales processes and support the team with training and tools for success.
Collaboration with Pre-Sales & Marketing:
- Work with Pre-Sales teams to develop customized technical proposals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns for target accounts.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Manage sales pipelines through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Provide accurate forecasts, revenue reports and sales analytics to leadership.
Key Perfromance Indicator (KPIs):
- Regional revenue target achievement ( 100% of quarterly targets).
- Sales conversion rate ( 30-35%).
- Growth in AMC contracts and cross-sell revenue ( 25% YoY).
- Client retention and satisfaction score ( 90%).
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- Experience: 12+ years in Sales Leadership roles in ELV, Security Automation, BMS and IoT industries.
- OEM Knowledge: Strong exposure to products and platforms from Bosch, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Cisco, Siemens.
- Key Expertise: Experience in project sales, multi-year AMCs, SLAs, GSOC/NOC, LoRaWAN, IoT integrations and AI-based analytics.
