Responsibilities and Duties :
- Align company strategy and the Annual Business Plan
- Effectively lead the sales team through goal setting, planning, coaching and support to meet & exceed revenue targets
- Assist and guide the sales team on RFP responses, proposals, pricing and contracts
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy for the team
- Actively manage the sales pipeline and coach team on how to shorten the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Implementation teams to deliver successful client engagements
- Actively participate in New client contract negotiations
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and detailed pipeline reports to Management Team
- Drive interaction to accomplish penetration into current and prospective clients and build key accounts and strategic client base in the region
- Actively participate and represent the organisation in Leadership Meets & Seminars in building organisation brand (SHRM, NHRD, CII - events/Forums)
- Develop and execute marketing plan to drive growth for the Region
- Form strategic relationships with clients, demonstrating influence to ensure relationships are established to maximise business opportunities
- Oversee the hiring, development and mentoring of sales team
- Ensure the company's sales processes are clearly understood and followed to ensure success and provide sales leadership
- Must motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed given sales targets, as well as aid in the negotiation and close of sales deals
- Participate actively in sales calls and product/solutions demonstrations as appropriate and contribute to the rapid growth of sales, demonstrating outstanding sales management and closing skills to the team
- Inculcate BEST practises for Sales
- Assure CRM process being followed by Team
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 12-15 years of sales experience in Management Consulting / Service industry with & 4-7 years experience in leading and managing teams
Qualifications & Competencies :
- Must have strong leadership and KAM & Business development skills, work well in a collaborative environment
- A Post Graduate in HR or Marketing
- Professionals with entrepreneurial mindset
- Must have experience in developing business in HR / Business consulting services
- Experience in building relationships with Family Lead Businesses with proven ability to sign large contracts
- Ability to develop relationships with CXO levels in an organisation particularly with Business Operations & Human Resources function
