- Manage training & development objective of the allotted partner branches/cluster.
- Ensure optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective.
- Plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar, training needs.
- Must have Functional, Analytical and Soft Skills exposure.
- Designing and implementing effective Training Programs that enhance Employee Skills and drive Organizational Success.
- Developing Strategic Training Initiatives, leading diverse teams, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
