Job Summary:

The Regional Training Manager is an important role that requires a combination of leadership, communication, organization and training skills. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective training programs, manage a team of trainers, work closely with the stakeholders, other managers, and frontline to assess training needs, develop and implement training strategies, and ensure that all training activities align with organizational goals in their region.

Roles & Responsibilities:


- Assess training needs: Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and Skills and implement training programs to enhance said gaps.

- Training delivery adherence: Ensure all training programs are cascaded to frontline both in-person & virtually to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.

- Evaluate Training programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from employees and analyzing metrics to determine if the training has achieved its goals.

- Monitor training budgets: Managing training budgets for their region, ensuring that training programs are cost-effective and meet budgetary requirements.

- Collaborate with other departments: within the company to ensure that training programs are aligned with the training strategy and company's overall goals.

- Manage a team of trainers to ensure that all training activities are carried out effectively and efficiently by also providing guidance and support to trainers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

- Reporting: 100% adherence to reports maintain, analyze & use data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments: Stay current on industry developments and trends, ensuring that training programs remain relevant and up to date.

- Excellent stakeholder management.

- Keen eye on Data analysis.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in education, business, or a related field

- Experience of 8-10 years and handling a team size of 7-8 people for at least 3 years

- Worked with a large group of learner base

- Worked with learning management systems and other training software

- Ability to travel as required

- This role will have a team of 10+ direct reporting members and will be reporting in to the Head of Training.
