Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
- Conduct TNI & TNA across all profiles & develop, implement, and monitor training plans & programs.
- Amend and revise training modules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Conduct orientation sessions for employees.
- Deliver centre level trainings, BM, Faculty & Leadership training plans.
- Work in close coordination with online training team & Quality Analysts.
- Create testing and evaluation processes.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
- Achieve CSAT scores of all the branches through systematic training interventions.
- Deliver training on team building, leadership & management.
- Devise systematic capability programs for all profiles.
- Assist with the development of strategic plans.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- Male Candidates Only
- MBA in HR with an experience of 7 - 10 years in a similar role.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
- Good computer and database skills.
