To manage compliance to Training Strategy across the year @ all processes.
- To manage efficiency of all roles handling process through effective learning-curve, Quality FS, Operations
- Lead & guide a the Training team, over set weekly, quarterly & annuals goals & targets
- Manage resource planning, and Team members
- Motivate & influence team members to devise different & fresh approaches to training in class and outside of it.
- Analytical skills
- Understanding of adult learning management principles, content management and project management.
- Client relationship management & people-development skills.
- Feedback & collation from Training Team, FS operations and ISPs every month.
- Feedback & calibration with the quality team, at least twice a month.
- Best practice sharing and calibration with other teams.
- Coordination with HR as & when required.
- Compliance & manage national norms on training management and monitor adherence on both training quantity and quality through Trainers.
This will include, but not limited to
- Training process
- Centralized assessment mechanism
- National training schedules
- Trainer / training resource management
- Driving and managing the training core group and
- Compliance to and executing all relevant and required support mechanisms like online web - portal based LMS, etc.
- Coordinating with internal / external teams like IT, CS functional teams for feedback and participation.
- Collate, analyse and publish pertinent data/ information nationally to ensure best practice sharing and implementation.
- Compliance manage norms for training infrastructure at a Site & National level. This includes both training facilities and resource.
- Facilitate circle/ zonal training managers in implementing the above.
- Any other task/ activity necessary to improve training & service goals.
- Person should be well known to following languages:languages Hindi, Tamil,Kannada,Telugu and Malayalam
