Training Management:

- Lead and manage onboarding and other functional training programs.

- Deliver training programs aligned with the bank's strategy, including functional, behavioral, and technical training.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective training solutions.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business requirements.

Content Development and Facilitation:

- Develop and design training content that is engaging and impactful.

- Facilitate training sessions with high proficiency in presentation and engagement techniques.

Execution and Metrics:

- Focus on the execution of training programs, ensuring adherence to all relevant training metrics.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
