Hiring for Regional Trainer
Key Responsibilities for this role :
- Execute short-term and long-term training and development programs for channel partners so as to align with the business need.
- Establish regular store training discipline through On the Job programs for existing retail outlet manpower.
- Liaisoning with the regional sales associates to plan and deliver training at retail outlets- for both products and soft skills.
- Coordinate, execute & monitor new store induction modules at all the newly appointed distribution points as per training calendar.
- Preparing training calendar for the region and ensuring adherence of the calendar for the month.
- Maintain post-training reporting & evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness of different programs.
- Calibrate training impact for the functional and behavioral trainings conducted on a regular interval.
Education :
- University graduated or above preferably with technical acumen.
Experience & Required skill set :
- Minimum 2 year's solid experience in similar position, previous experience in a multinational or sizeable company is preferred. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Excellent platform skills.
- The incumbent needs to travel atleast 20-30% in this particular role
