Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Human Resources

Preferred Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Training for a Retail/QSR/F&B brand

Responsible for bringing about a change in an individual's behavior that improves business results by consulting in training, operational standards and facilitating Regional training.

Planning/ Strategy 3-1-Q

1.Understands and implements the training plan.

2.Execution of the quarter-on-quarter plan.

3.Stimulate transfer of training, return on training investment and helps to improve the stores results

4.Coordinate classes and training sessions and measures the impact of training classes on the store results through student evaluations

5.Conduct training that motivates, builds competencies and improves the individual's performance and contribution to store results

6.Independently develop supportive relationships with individuals inside and outside the company

7.Communicate and provide feedback to store management, regarding the success and opportunities for people development

8.Advise Operations on how to measure and improve training results, and how to diagnose problems and create actions to solve them

9.Set standards to be adhered to by training managers in stores

10.Alter localised curriculum to suit business needs

11.Responsible to maintain core curriculum standards in classes

12.Develop metrics/process to track adherence to training processes across stores to ensure standardisation

13.Partner with Training Lead to develop the assessment metrics and determine the promotability criteria for Stores.

14.Establish training standards.

15.Negotiate contracts to ensure projects are executed within budget and without compromise on quality

16.Stay focused on making sure standard practices are followed in a cost effective manner

17.Leverage resources to control costs and integrate administration systems wherever possible.

18.Maintain efficiency, accuracy and integrity when carrying out administrative duties

19.Understand how one's role impacts cost and uses knowledge to make recommendations or improve on costs

20.Work with operations to ensure successful implementation of plans

21.Develop supportive relationships with individuals inside and outside the company to support execution
