Regional Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG)
Responsibilities:
- Achieving of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/year for total region with direct responsibility of domestic channel.
- Develop and execute regional activation plans for new product launches, focusing on the products.
- Design and implement loyalty programs to increase customer retention and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales development initiatives that meet regional needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform trade marketing decisions.
- Regional custodian of all RE/Channel/Geography program in the retail channel and keep complete track of outlet wise business trends.
- Contribute in creating the correct GTM model; determine town and outlet penetration suitable for current and future business growth in the region.
- Custodian of Regional Performance parameters, analysis and contributor to action plans.
- Energize FF through innovative and exciting incentive plans that will make them stretch for challenging goals and exploiting the market potential.
- Facilitate deliver of targeted training for front line sales team in retail channel in coordination with ASMs.
- Manage FG&A budgets at region.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Should Have 3-5 Years of Experience & Strong understanding of FMCG products and their applications.
2. Proven track record in developing successful activation plans for new product launches.
3. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
4. Proficiency in analysing data to inform business decisions.
5. Should have a thorough understanding of business commercial acumen.
6. Should have good analytical skills budget understanding.
7. Strong in collaboration and stakeholder management across levels.
