a. Analyze trends on SDE spends and ensure effective utilization

b. Providing regular updates on BTL inputs utilization to ASMs

c. Analyzing on BTL inputs w.r.t achievement vs pre-decided Benchmarks and deciding on effectiveness/results of inputs

d. Tying up with vendors for efficient procurement of gifts

e. Plan Trade-loads, QPS, salesmen incentives and Field Force incentives/contests in agreement with HO

f. Decide on BTL inputs with objective of achieving target numbers and within pre-decided % cost to sales

g. New Brand Launch - 

h. In conjunction with branch & Corp TM, decide on launch quantities of new brands/SKUs/flavors for branch and area-wise

i. Plan and implement localized activities for brand launch

j. Provide monthly and rolling sales plan forecast within acceptable limits of variance.

k. To look closely at stock aging and limit FG write-offs
