- Ensuring timely availability of finished goods at the depots , handling Specifically Modern Trade.

- Planning and executing , filling and dispatch activities at Modern Trade LFS

- Demand planing , Forecasting and auditing .

- Managing logistics of finished goods to destinations all over India

- Inventory management of finished stocks

- Partnering commercial rate negotiations and finalization

- Creating an awareness and championing models of excellence like TPM, Six Sigma at the plant

- Sourcing and developing new vendors .
