Job Description:
Duties:
- Will be Managing a team of Staffing Sales under him.
- Must also be able to work independently to get maximum clients on board
- Must be capable of devising a sales strategy, mapping target industries and clients and defining means to connect to them for his region
- Would be required to go on field or client site and explain the potential clients about Aasaan Jobs and understand their requirement
- Should be capable of doing commercial and legal negotiation and thus, closing deals independently
- Implementation of various Pricing strategies to maximise revenue
- Must understand the concepts of Temporary Staffing - commercials, contract - and make the sale accordingly
