Regional Specification Head - South
1. Responsible for all aspects of the specification selling. Achieve specification target and product approval with consultants, architects, developers, institutions, and industry Key accounts.
2. Get company approved in sectors wherever required.
3. Handling Product Segments: Concrete Admixture, Waterproofing, Flooring, Repairs & restoration in major market segments.
4. Identified, reviewed market potential, and generated leads for Construction Systems & Admixtures products through key customers and account.
5. Working with topmost consultants /Architects, Structural Engineers and Government clients for product/brand approval and pushing all Construction Systems & Admixtures BU.
6. Identity set of stakeholders and marketed the products through various mediums while also promoting cross selling of different products.
7. Supporting the team for Presenting, Promoting, Demonstrate and specify the company's full range of products in terms of Technical Submittals to Consultant, Structural Engineers, Architects, Key Accounts, Builders and Government Bodies.
8. Prepared specification submittals and BOQ of the project as per the technical requirement of the project.
9. Training the team members on the Products Portfolio.
10. Conducting and Delivering Presentation in Engineers and consultants meet.
11. Mentoring the team the Individual for the business Objective, Driving the team with Leadership quality.
12. Regular Team Reviews on monthly basic evaluate the Individual performances and guiding.
13. Create and maintain high market awareness of our Company's range of products by getting it specified in project tenders.
14. Coordinating with the Sales Team for Specification tender, quote or bid for Specific contracting jobs and Sales Conversions
15. Develop and nurture executive relationships to deliver value with set of medium to large applicators, consultants, developers, construction contractors etc. brief about products and systems to generate business.
16. Work closely with sales team to help them achieve their sales target by converting the specification in our favors for the projects where we are not approved or matching the specification.
