Regional Service Operations Manager - Auto

One of our reputed Automotive client is looking for Regional Manager - Service Operation for their COCO/ Franchisee Auto Workshops. The client has ambitious growth plans.

Qualification: BE(Mechanical), BE(Auto) ,preferably having MBA qualification

Experience : 5 + years in managing Workshops/ Dealer Workshops of an OEM

The brief requirement is given below :

1. Manage Workshops through Works Managers/ Business Managers in the region

2. Be accountable for TAT, CSAT, JDP score for the outlets in the region

3. Be accountable for top line and bottom line of the region

4. Ensure implementation of Company's practices in all the workshops

5. Should have good people skill. Should be able to recruit, retain and motivate the Regional workforce.

6. Work closely with other functional Head to craft the growth Strategy for the company
