Regional Service Manager- HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition
- Providing skilled staff to existing branches as well as planning and recruiting for upcoming branches within the stipulated region as per budget within TAT.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for retail branches across Maharashtra zone.
- Working in close consultation with business heads and superiors to understand manpower & skill requirement.
- Identifying and upgrading talent from within the organization for higher roles.
- Employee on-boarding & Policies (Induction)
- Ensuring complete process from selection of a candidate to smooth onboarding into the system.
- Nomination new joiners for suitable mandatory training programs and ensuring that they have completed the required certification for the role.
- Conduct HR policies session in new joiner induction programs and addressing their queries.
- Employee retention, exit & analysis
- Conducting exit interviews and assessing the reasons for attrition to assist the management in curbing attrition.
- Employee retention through non monetary terms , such as transfers, role change, change of department, etc.
