- Planning and maintaining the P&L of entire region
- Devising new strategies for increasing the profitability of the business
- Planning business promotion activities to increase the revenue of region
- Managing the cost efficiency and control
- Reporting to top management through regular MIS reports
- Conceptualize and explore new areas of automation to increase the efficiency of service department
- Managing customer surveys & audits at regional level
- Handling escalations and product quality issues
- Training and development of service team in the region
- Managing the reporting of five Branch Service Managers for entire north region
- Expansion of franchisee network across north region to ensure 100% area coverage and customer satisfaction.
