Designation : Regional Service Agreement Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding potential for AMC in the assigned region.

- Identifying focus areas and coordinate with HQ for AMC sales planning.

- AMC claims audit at dealers.

- Regular feedback collection and inform HQ.

- Handling documentations involved in AMC for the complete region.

- Interacting with customers in major AMC deals.

- Payment collection from the AMC customers.

- Coordinate with HQ for AMC claims.

- AMC sales training to the field staff as well as dealership personnel.
