JOB SUMMARY
To organize initial training and induction programs in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager & HR
- Generate sales force assessment reports in the region
- Induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
- Utilize training data and reports to develop proactive training intervention plans
- Achieve a target level of training days per individual in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
- Continuous On Job Coaching for Field Force
- Maintaining a level of field working days in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
- Adopting people for specific training in the region
- Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the Region
- Adopting markets to evaluate the effectiveness of training program in the region
- Drive SFE at the region level by training the field staff on managing the tidy SFE metrics.
- Feedback on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region to the HR department
- Aligning regional sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectives
- Drive improvements in personal and team performance
