Objective of the Role
- A Regional Manager operates out of a specific location and is primarily responsible for sales of customized branded solutions and for ensuring brand visibility with key clients.
- Other responsibilities involve new client acquisition, revenue generation, client retention and account management. Adhering to internal sales and sales management process is a key responsibility in this role, along with providing necessary support and coaching to the team.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Sets the vision for the region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain the same
- Responsible for region’s sales forecast and tracking
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives for Leadership business
- Handles key accounts for continued beneficial relationship with clients
- Manages and coaches the team assigned and provides support in achievement of team goals
- Proactively assesses and validates client needs to capture exact requirements
- Leads solution development efforts with internal team that best address client needs, while co coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel
- Maintains strict adherence to the internal company sales processes
Working Relationships
- Reporting to- Managing Director
- Consultation with Business Heads regarding business support
- External clients for brand positioning
