Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory (Mumbai or Chennai).
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Conduct presentations and effectively communicate complex solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, providing data-driven insights to internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and sales activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC industry, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, exceeding sales targets of at least - 6 Crore annually.
Strong understanding of capital equipment sales and the ability to identify and address customer needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
Experience using CRM software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
BE/MTech MBA a plus
