Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the HealthTech, Lifesciences, and Clinical Research sectors.

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape the sales strategy and product positioning.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target industry, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement professionals.

- Understand client requirements, pain points, and business challenges to effectively position and tailor our SaaS solutions to address their specific needs.

- Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide valuable customer feedback and insights, drive product enhancements, and ensure alignment between sales and product strategies.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition, features, and benefits of our SaaS solutions.

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable outcomes.

- Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to HealthTech, Lifesciences, and Clinical Research sectors to proactively identify new opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in the SaaS industry, within the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research domain.

- Strong understanding of the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research sectors, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex client requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
