Effectively liasoning with wholesalers and retailers
Vendor Management- Maintaining the vendor fill rates, coordinating with logistics team for daily pick-up, getting discounts & offers from vendors, solving the grievances of vendors, contacting vendors for new assortment in existing brands.
- Category management
- Vendor On-boarding - Finding new vendors, margin negotiation, finalizing & preparing the SKU list.
- Brands On-boarding: Contacting & On-boarding the brands by signing & agreeing to the Terms of trade.
- Market visits & Benchmarking- Visiting the offline markets and online retail company websites to compare the prices, discounts & offers on the brands.
- Getting new brands which are not available in the category on a monthly basis.
- Sales forecasting- Analyzing the monthly sales data and preparing market projection for vendors.
- Content development - Adding proper description & keywords on the products page on site.
- Monitoring vendor fill rate
- Vendor dashboard training
- Handling Vendor payments for PAN India
- Manpower coordination & route mapping for pick-up
- Maintaining Zero stock and proper customer return handling to the vendors
- Preparing MIS reports
- Technology requirements coordination with Product development team
