Through an experienced team of consultants and an unparalleled service network across India and the Middle East, we serve our large client base comprising the premier gyms, clubs, hotels, developers, corporates, institutes, clinics, hospitals and HNI’s in the region.

We are expanding our presence across India and are presently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager - South whose primary objective is to establish Trinity Healthtech as the preferred Fitness equipment partner in the Southern Region. The responsibilities are as follows

1) Client Development

- Positioning Trinity Healthtech as a provider of premium fitness equipment to the target audiences including top builders, 5-star hotels, corporates, gyms, clubs & HNIs

- Developing relations with key influencers comprising architects, interior consultants, fitness consultants, fitness trainers to increase market penetration

- Understanding their requirements and making recommendations that suit the client’s needs and preferences

- Providing a comparative analysis of our product offerings vis-à-vis competition

2) Relationship Management

- Manage existing client relationships and ensure periodic meetings with them in-order to obtain information of any upcoming projects and requirements

3) Maintaining profitability & collections

- Dealing with decision makers and ensuring healthy profit margins in deals closed

- Achieving sales targets set for the region

- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

4) MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and present to the management various sales and MIS reports on a periodic basis within the specified timelines

5) Team Management

- Ensure timely recruitment of team as per the business plan and training them to be able to achieve sales targets

- Assigning responsibilities and following-up with the team to ensure they are meeting the right clientele

- Grooming them to assume higher responsibilities as part of their career progression

- Ensuring they are trained periodically on the products & services

Job Specification

- Experience of working with a start-up preferred. Should have been able to develop markets from scratch and build brands

- Preferably from building material industry dealing into lifestyle / high-end products

- Should have been able to close high value deals independently

Preferred Skills

- The ideal candidate would be someone who is a go-getter; result oriented and enjoys building brands

- Must be good in written and oral communication

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent relationship management especially with decision makers in the industry

- Must have good commercial knowledge

- Must be able to work independently
