Regional Sales Manager- West

Currently We are looking of Regional Sales Manager-West based at MUMBAI with Leading player in Poyester films Business.

Location: MUMBAI

Experience & Qualification:

- B.E. / B. Tech in Polymers/ Plastics/ Chemicals from reputed Engineering Institute

- Candidate with Management Degree will be preferred

- Relevant Exp of 8-10 yrs

- Experience of leading team for institutional, channel and OEM sales in growth environment

- Preferred Industry: Flexible packaging, Plastic films, FMCG, Chemicals, Adhesive etc

KRA:

- Accountable for the annual targets of (i) sales volume (ii) sales realizations & (iii) product mix of high margin products - for West region

- Leveraging existing customer relationships to deliver enhanced contribution by (i) maximizing sales and (ii) optimizing realization by driving increased volume of VA and specialty Products

- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers – to drive increased volumes of Films

- Market Intelligence : Analyze and monitor trends in market demand in the respective regions

- Undertake specific research on customers and

- Conduct market intelligence for own region

- Responsible for understanding and communicating customer need for New Product Development to the technical team

- Convert existing customer relationships on long term contract sales (monthly/quarterly)

- Development and management of a robust channel to enhance sales of high margin products

- Develop and improve business processes to enable effective Production Planning,

- Manage logistics, delivery of products and receivables management, statutory compliance & OTIF (on time in full)
