Qualification – MBA, or Engineer;
CTC on offer - 12 lacs and negotiable
Desired profile; Sales person with at least 12 years Corporate Sales exp with at least 3 years of Region/Zonal handling profile, Handled a team of 6-10 sales staff, achieving at least Rs 8-10 Crore of Sales Target pa ,
Job Profile
- Responsible for Region's structural professional sales improvement
- Monitoring and Improving of team productivity and performance
- Achieving Regional and Individual Targets
- Product Pricing and Payment Collection
- Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring the annual budgets wrt - Sales targets - Profitability - Sales operational costs.
- Facilitate call closure Vide personal visits to Key Customers, make field force accompaniments to close sales lead development. Effective presentation/demonstration to customers, lead new customer addition initiatives.
- Evaluate reasons of customer dissatisfaction, make personal visits to the customers, take ownership in resolving pending issues with customer. coordinate with HOD / national head in resolving these issues & close loop with customer.
- Develop new business through self & team effort .design & strategize growth of sales in the branch , accountable for specific national account present in the regional geographic domain
