Position – Regional Sales Manger- West

Reporting to Director Sales and Marketing

Detailed Job Description-

1. Promotions of all Products in assign Territory.

2. Leading the efforts to develop new market and new market segments.

3. Relation with Key corporate hospital customers.

4. Provide Forecast, Market strategy for the area assigned.

5. Placement of instruments to new customers and ensuring consumption of Reagents/consumables of existing as well as new customers.

6. Setting the business objectives for self and team for instruments and reagents in the assign territory and ensuring the achievement of the same.

7. Team development.

8. Critical Challenge, built a strong and satisfactory user in the assign territory and fast sustainable growth to become a market leader.

9. Ensure to recover outstanding within the credit & time limit of his/her area customers.

10. Building strong Distribution network in assigned territory.

11. Follow SOP of company.
