Hiring for a Regional Sales Manager for US Multinational.

Responsible for
- All activities related to Achievement of Sale Budget of PBU (transformer, Switchgear (MV, HV, EHV) & Automation products) Sub- Station Automation Business in India through various channel partners, system integrators, direct sales to users (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and Industry customers with the help of team of front end sales.
- Will be responsible for approval for all of range of products with various consultants and all utilizes users across the region and Introduction of new products/product launch to the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the yearly business plan for PBU product group for the region in terms of Product Order Input & Sales, Focused markets, Marketing activities through effective utilization of Manpower and other administrative resources so as to ensure that the budgeted numbers for the business are achieved.
- Increase in Market Reach & Penetration of products of the company and thus ensure continuous improvement in Market Share by adding new channels and customers.
- Responsible for Market Mapping, Appointments of New Channel Partners and System Integrators by utilizing the frontend team of Area managers and Sales Executives.
- Coordination with Mfg unit for order planning/execution and delivery
- To implement companies policies in terms of Pricing & People management amongst team of front end sales personals.
- Responsible for debtors Management (timely collection of payments), provide resolution of issues
- Development of capabilities and competencies of the Sales Team on a regular basis through identification of improvement areas, new skills needed for the business and getting them trained in those areas.
- Ensure introduction and sales of new product and smooth business operations through regular coordination with Channel Partners / System Integrators and customers at front end and with division and factory at the back end.
