Regional sales Manager/ Zonal Sales Manager- Telangana and Andhra Pradesh- 12-15 years of experience with at least 4-5 years as a Zonal Sales manager in gynecological or pediatric products and managed big teams.
Responsibilities:
- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
- Lead a Pan-India team of sales people Ability to guide and mentor the team from time to time. Forecasting accuracy for Sales Monitor team performance for sales and collection.
- Develop customer and ensure maximum usage of their products Ensure customer satisfaction for performance of the products.
- Participate in short and mid-term strategic planning for the business
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / B. Pharma, MBA in Marketing with 15 Years experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing of which last 5 years as a National Sales Manager / DGM Sales for Ortho & Pain Management Segment in Pharma top ranking company, handling a team of 150 - 200 field staff
- You should be good in handling business planning & Sales Plans/ Budgeting and executing the same on pan India basis.
- You should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands, planning / Implementing business strategies and man management.
- Exposure to work directly with the key leadership stakeholders in the firm
- Exposure to Gynecological and pediatrics products will be an added advantage
