Key Result Areas:

1) Achieve budgets for the region for MICE

2) Scale up revenue margins in the business

3) Manage receivables and ensure timely collections by the region

4) Build a strong team

5) Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

10) Please specify the present business status in terms of growth/expansion/diversification.

11. To step up into a role of the Head of Sales/Enterprise sales and be a part of the leadership team at the SLT (Strategic Leadership Team) level.

12. Preferred a hard cord MICE professional as subject knowledge will be very essential to rebuild the team. Hence, preferably from a MICE company of the likes of Thomas Cook, SOTC, FCM or any boutique high value MICE company.
