- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in existing and new categories in the assigned region.
- Manage sales and distribution for existing products and initiate strategies for new product launches.
- Lead the regional sales force, design distribution plans, and ensure attainment of targets.
- Provide regular reports to management, analyze performance, and recommend initiatives.
- Implement Go-to-Market and Sales System models for organizational goals.
- Manage internal communication, coordinate with marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
- Collaborate with finance for account settlement and assist marketing in identifying new business lines.
- Build and train a sales team, ensure motivation and achievement of objectives.
- Manage customer issues to positively impact business lines.
