Regional Sales Manager
Location - Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore
Experience - 6 to 10 years.
Must have :
- Experience in selling products of Employee Wellness, Corporate Wellness Solutions, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Employee Engagement Programs, Employee Benefits communication skills.
- Candidates from Hospitality and other Service/product-based Sales will be preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales.
- Experience running successful Client Relationships that deliver sustained growth
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders including CXO-level Customers.
- Minimum bachelor's degree level.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially POWERPOINT & EXCEL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To run the Corporate Sales Business for the pan India that facilitate deep Client Relationships, sustain growth and higher profitability.
- Own the Sales Targets for the Pan India.
- Identify, Engage and Tie-up with Partners to grow the sales of the company's products in the assigned territory.
- Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Devising new and creative strategies to achieve Sales Targets.
- Develop, maintain and improve relationships with Key Accounts and the Team Portfolio
- Prepare the Business Reports in sync with Management ask and reporting frequency
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
