Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Used commercial vehicle finance collection & sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to expand the company's reach and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, motivate and coach the team members to achieve success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support sales efforts

The Successful Applicant:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in used commercial vehicle sales.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales plans, achieving revenue targets, and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
