1. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for Tractor Finance / Agri Loan for Orrisa & Chattisgarh .
2. Business Planning and Development i.e, Tie-up with Dealer And OEM ' .
3. Maintaining the Profitability of Business, Achievement of the Business Targets
4. Handling a team of Area Sales manager & responsible for sourcing of Farm Equipment(tractor)
5. Driving annualized budget consisting Business Volume, PDD, EDA & Asset quality.
6. Interacting with Collection, operation and Credit Departments for sanction of various Limits and insuring the timely disbursement.
7. Responsible for quality of business acquired and enhancing business penetration.
8. Resourcing, training, customer acquisition activities, setting up sales processes & controls.
9. Guiding the team in understanding the Lending, Banking, Rural business.
Salary offered: Minimum 10 LPA
