Accountabilities :
- Lead a team of front-line sales executives handling Retail, Govt. & Private Projects to achieve high double-digit growths.
- Generate leads, set-up meetings, present product portfolio, create orders, execute POs, undertake collection of dues, undertake sales promotions.
- Grow channel-partner (retailer) network for sales by investing in in-store display, and a getting him leads/business.
- Understand reports to arrive at key challenges & issues that need to be addressed to drive growth.
- Be able to collect information, analyse data, and summarizing information to present to senior stakeholders for support.
- Coaching direct sales team & channel partner employees to leverage best-in-class digital enablers, Website for presentations to clients.
- Mapping of key competitors & products at regular intervals to identify opportunities

- Excellent communication skills and ability to sell innovative solutions & benefits to large B2B clients.
- Basic proficiency of excel sheets.
- Price calculations are frequent and depend on freight that can change from city to city.
- Understanding of people dynamics.
- Ability to build business relationship with clients.
- Good negotiation skills as industry still operates on price.
