Our client a growing telecom company in Chennai with Pan India Operations are looking for a smart "Regional Sales Manager - North" as below

Job Summary -

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the P& L of the Region and build healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients.

Job Details & Responsibilities

- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

- Pitching the products at CXO Level Audience in corporate

- Bring out the best of Region's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

- Identify key customer needs through sales call and meetings.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients etc.

- Communicate and cross sell new opportunities to the existing and potential clients.

- Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.

- Solid experience and track record of independently closing high value sales deals

- Well networked in the industry especially among companies in key sectors like Blue Chip Indian cos and MNCs.

- Co-ordinate with different departments in order to resolve the queries / service request of complains of the customer.

- Meet goals and metrics Follow up with the customers for timely collections.

Desired Profile Requirements -

- Candidates Who has strong exposure in Telecom Industry would be a added advantage,Selling telecom products to Large enterprise clients

- The candidate must be a graduate / post graduate

- Strictly between 8 to 15 years of experience in Sales to large enterprise clients (preferably from Telecom / IT / Media)

- Should be able to manage the Region team members

- Ability to build quick rapport with multiple contacts within client organization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A good track record for moving business to the next level

- Outperforming revenue goals and enhancing overall profitability.

- The candidate should be pleasant, presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
