Regional Sales Managers :

For a leading LMS company we are looking strong Hunters/ Enterprise sales professionals who are in India Tech/Saas/LMS/HRMS related solution selling.

Key responsibilities :

- Deliver strong sales performance by combining your knowledge and understanding of the customer's business to value sell with creative, tailored and business contextual pitches/presentation

- Lead new business development/ client acquisitions through leveraging your network and driving and expansion of partner network

- Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and intra organizational teams

- Build and nurture a strong qualified pipeline and accurately forecast and manage your pipeline, sales activity and revenue attainment

- Collaborate with pre-sales to respond to RFI/RFP and business solution along with basic tech feasibility

- Deliver successfully on enterprise quota targets

- Develop and expand senior/CXO level customer relationships through strong stakeholder management

Desired Profile :

- 5+ years of Sales experience, with experience in team management

- MBA in Marketing/Finance/HR, BE/Btech from a well recognised institution.

- 5+ years of experience working in sales with track record of strong performance delivery

- A self-starter mentality; constantly ahead of the curve

- Well plugged in the latest in technology space, tech savy ( with strong knowledge in Technology led products/ Saas Products), and a team player.

- Outstanding negotiator with strong interpersonal, presentation and solution selling skills
