- Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs
- Recruit, and coach a high-performing team
- Monitor metrics and help the team constantly improve by understanding their individual and collective performance
- Propose region-wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
- Manage region and individual performances
- Report on region-wise sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques increase customer satisfaction
- Manage the sales team and ensure the team meets revenue targets
Requirements :
- 7+ years of sales experience overall and at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- This role would focus US West region
- Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business cases and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills.
- Proven record of sales success in past roles.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
